Affordable Housing Program rental rates are set annually between 59% and 69% of the Median Market Rents for studio and 1 bedroom, as determined by CMHC's Rental Market Survey for the Winnipeg Census Metropolitan Area and/or CMHC's Housing Market Information Portal.

Affordable units include hydro, water, and heat.
